Terms of Service & Privacy Policy

Introduction

These Terms of Service reflect the way our business model works, the laws that apply to our company, and define our relationship with you as you interact with our services.

These Terms of Service include topics such as:

  • What we expect from you, establishing certain rules for using our services

  • What you can expect from us, describing how we provide and develop our services

  • In case of problems or disagreements, what to expect should someone violate these terms

Understanding these terms is important because, by using our services, you're agreeing to these terms.

Alongside these terms, we also publish a Privacy Policy, which helps you understand how we process your information.

Terms of Service

Service provider

We provide services that allow you to improve your experience in social media services such as Discord. For example, we provide increased protection against spam-attacks for Discord.

As such, you are subject to follow Discord's Terms of Service.

Age requirements

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and meet the minimum age of digital consent in your country.

If you are not old enough to consent to our terms, please have your parent or legal guardian read these terms with you.

If you're a parent or legal guardian, and you allow your child to use our services, then these terms apply to you, and you are responsible for your child's activity on our services.

What you can expect from us

Changes in Terms of Service or Privacy Policy

We actively develop new technologies and features to improve our services. As part of this dynamic nature, we may add, change or remove features and functionalities, start offering new services, or stop offering old services.

Service interruptions

While we try to minimise service interruptions, we cannot guarantee that there will not be outage or change to the services, which may render your service unusable due to such outage or change. We are not liable for any such outages or service changes.

Ban-waves

While using our service, we may ban certain users from your Discord server without notice. For example, if our system detects a spam-bot, or a user that poses a threat to any of our users, they may be banned from all communities that use our service.

What we expect from you

Permissions

The permission we give you to use our services continues as long as you comply with:

  • These terms

  • Service-specific, additional terms

Although we give you permission to use our services, we retain any intellectual property rights we have in the services.

Termination of service

We provide services "as-is" and reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to some or all of our services, including access to communities that use our service, with or without notice, at our discretion. This may happen if:

  • You breach any of our terms or policies

  • The requirements to use our services change, and you no longer fulfill those requirements

  • We're required to do so to comply with law

Attempting to bypass protection systems

In the event of a malicious user being found out to have circumvented our systems designed to keep them away from our customers, we may take further action, for example issuing a banwave across all communities that use our service. As an example, attempting to bypass our VPN detection system may result in such a scenario.

Potential misuse

Due to the nature of our services, it is possible to use the service to help conduct malicious activities. For example, we provide features that include port scanning and subdomain scanning, which may be used to evaluate vulnerabilities in other services. As a consequence, attackers may use such information provided by our service to conduct cybercrime.

In no event shall our service be held liable for any potential misuse or damage, either direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential that may arise out of the use or inability to use our services.

While we may not charge you with a fee to use the basic functionality of our services, you will be able to pay for additional features and products. To better reflect the nature of a service, you may be asked to agree to separate terms before purchasing new features or products.
